    As a BWC member, you have exclusive use of the BWC member directory. This is a great way to see what organizations are around the country, in your local area and who is the contact. You may reach out to another member by email using the "Send Message" button. You will not see their email address, but the system will send them a direct email. Try it out!


    1. Login at

    2. Hover over "Members Only" from the top menu bar

    3. Select "Directory"

    4. This displays a directory of BWC members and partners listed in alphabetical order by organization name. You may search by organization, name, state or city.

    5. To email a member, click on their name. This will display more information about the organization.

    6. Select the "Send Message" button to send an email.

    BWC member, UCLA, unveils new campus plan that targets electric vehicle adoption.  The plan includes providing spaces within every campus zone to meet resident, commuter, visitor and fleet clean power needs, with almost 1,000 charging points by 2025.  Read the full article.

    TAMPA, Fla., January 26, 2023 ( -Announcing the 2023 Best Workplaces for Commuters (BWC) annual list of U.S.-based employers, universities and sites who meet the program's National Standard of Excellence by providing exceptional commuter benefits and collectively changing how more than 2 million employees and students commute to and from work each day.

    On October 18, 2022, the IRS announced that for tax year 2023, the monthly limitation for the qualified transportation fringe benefit and the monthly limitation for qualified parking increases to $300, up $20 from the limit for 2022!

    The deadline to submit your new or renewal application to be a Best Workplace for Commuters on the 2023 List has been extended.  Please submit your new or renewal application by December 15, 2022 and payment is due by December 30, 2022 to get on the list for 2023.
