CommuterLink has met the Standard of Excellence and is named a Best Workplace for Commuters. CommuterLink offers a transit pass benefit and a significant telework program for employees. They also provide carpool matching, secure bicycle parking, and relocated their office near transit service.
CommuterLink is the only “alternative transportation management” organization in New York City providing a broad range of free services to businesses and commuters in the five boroughs, including an online ridematching service for carpoolers, mass transit itineraries, customized Commuter Benefits programs for companies like pre-tax subsidies, and much more.
CommuterLink is a non-profit organization that was started in 1989 (back then they were known as E-Z Rider). In 1996, they officially changed their name. CommuterLink is funded by the New York State Dept. of Transportation.
