The Employer Toolkit was originally designed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the organization that created and service-marked the Best Workplaces for Commuters designation. The toolkit includes valuable tools and resources to help you enhance your commuter benefits program, increase employee participation, and add to your visibility as one of the Best Workplaces for Commuters. While some of the sample materials in the toolkit still reference EPA, please note that as of October 1, 2007, the Center for Urban Transportation Research (CUTR) now manages the Best Workplaces for Commuters program.
