On September 29, 2004 the Greater Washington Region's Best Workplaces for Commuters^SM Coalition announced the 2004 list of the Greater Washington Region's Best Workplaces for Commuters. Announced in conjunction with the list of the Best Workplaces for Commuters from the FORTUNE 500 Companies, the Greater Washington Region list featured 187 employers that offer outstanding employer benefits to their employees.
