Currently, Triangle Transit offers regional bus and shuttle service, Paratransit services, ridematching, vanpools, provides commuter resources and benefits, and an emergency ride home program for the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. 

 As a designated Best Workplace for Commuters, Triangle Transit supports employees efforts in using sustainable commuting modes by incorporating telework and compressed work weeks into their schedules, promoting cycling options, providing transit and vanpool subsides and encouraging employees to utilize the tools that are offered to their riders.
